Obituary

It is with great sadness for her family to announce the passing of Geraldine A. Reppucci of Medford, formerly of the North End of Boston, on June 22, 2025.

Gerry was the beloved daughter of the late Louis and Mafalda (Visconti) Reppucci. She was a loving sister to Agnes Brown and her husband Tom, to Bernadette Kearney and her husband Dennis and to the late Catherine A. Reppucci. Gerry was a devoted aunt to her cherished nephews and nieces and their children.

Beyond being a devoted sister and aunt to her five nieces and nephews and their families, she was also the connective link among her large extended family.

Gerry will be deeply missed by her family, by her colleagues at the Hampton Inn of Cambridge, by her friends and by the innumerable people whose lives she brightened on a daily basis.

Gerry was the third of four daughters born to Louis and Mafalda Reppucci and raised in a loving household in the North End. She later lived in Medford, Massachusetts where her welcoming home served as an extension of her generosity and hospitality.

Gerry spent her entire career in the hospitality industry. Up until her passing, Gerry was the General Manager of the Hampton Inn of Cambridge. She managed 55 employees with care and respect. Gerry’s commitment to her work was based on the reciprocal love that existed between her and what she called her “work family”.

The family of Gerry Reppucci is grateful for the legacy of lessons learned from her example.

In accordance with Gerry’s wishes, family and friends are respectfully invited to attend a graveside service on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at 11 AM in Oak Grove Cemetery, 230 Playstead Road, Medford. The procession will gather inside the main gate.

lieu of flowers, donations in Gerry’s memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or at www.stjude.org
