Obituary

Robert B. Wilcox, 65, of Medway, died unexpectedly on Saturday, June 21, 2025 at his home due to heart failure.

Born in Milford on September 25, 1959, he was the son of the late Fernley “Gus” and Helen (Gay) Wilcox.

Bob was a lifelong resident of Medway and graduated from Medway High School in 1977.

He worked as an insurance adjuster for Corinthian Insurance Agency in Medway for several years. He had also worked at various area horse farms where he cared for the horses.

Bob was a former Boy Scout, had earned his Eagle Scout, and was a member of DeMolay International. He enjoyed fishing and making models of WWII aircraft.

He is survived by two sisters Gale Wilcox of Medway and Pam Wright and her husband Donald of Bellingham.

Bob is also survived by two nieces Lynn Cross of North Berwick, Maine and Hannah Wright of Bellingham, his nephew Christopher Wilcox of Medford, and two great-nephews PJ and Andy Cross.

He was the brother of the late Victoria Wilbur.

Graveside services will take place at Evergreen Cemetery in Medway at a later date.
