MacLennan, Carolyn of West Yarmouth passed away surrounded by family and friends on June 16, 2025 after a fiercely fought battle with ovarian cancer. Daughter of the late Rodrick and Miriam (Kettendorf). Carolyn is survived by her companion, John Donovan, brother, Rodrick (Carol), nephews Sean (Emily), Ryan, niece Molly, and many beloved cousins. Carolyn was an avid Boston sports fan, loved the beaches of Cape Cod, and her dog Logan. She was very creative, from knitting to jewelry making, and had a keen eye for photography. Carolyn was always up for an adventure, a trip abroad, a concert, or a game at Fenway. Carolyn worked for many years at The New England and McLean Hospital and made friends for life. Carolyn was loved and cherished by all who met her and had an amazing support system of friends who were close to her heart. We are grateful for her amazing team at Dana Farber for all the care and support. Interment is private.
