Gaddis, Kathleen M. (O’Keeffe) — Of Rockland, formerly of Dorchester, passed away on June 7, 2025, at the age of 58, after a long, courageous battle with heart disease.
Wife of the late John J. Gaddis Jr. of Quincy. Loving mother of Taryn M. O’Keeffe and her fiancé Robert Douglas of Rockland, and Shannon L. Gaddis and her significant other Andrew H. Abromson of Braintree. Cherished Nana of Dylan M. Douglas, Allie H. Abromson, and an expected granddaughter who will grow up surrounded by her loving memory.
Longtime partner of Eddie Breen and their beloved dog Emma.
Daughter of the late Nancy R. (Blood) O'Keeffe and the late David C. O'Keeffe. Loving sister of Anthony and his wife Caroline Cuddahy of Easton, Michael and his wife Patsy O'Keeffe of Brockton and her late brother David and his wife Barbara A. O'Keeffe of Quincy. She was predeceased by her sisters Patricia L. Byrnes of Rockland and Kelly Ann O'Keeffe of Quincy. Sister-in-law of Maureen and her husband James Hutchinson of Chesterfield, VA.
Kathleen is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews who will miss her dearly.

Family and friends will honor and remember Kathleen's life by gathering for a Funeral Mass at Saint Teresa of Calcutta Church (formerly St. Margaret) 800 Columbia Road, Dorchester, on Wednesday, June 25th at 10 A.M.
Kathy’s warmth, laughter, and boundless love for her family will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
