Timothy J. Cremin, 78 years of Brockton died Sunday morning at Life Care Center, W. Bridgewater. Born in Brockton, May 6, 1928, he remained a lifelong resident of the city. He was the son of the late Timothy and Catherine (Lehane) Cremin, and husband of Mary A. (Campbell) Cremin for 50 years. He was a graduate of St. Patrick’s School in Brockton, Coyle High School in Taunton, class of 1946 and graduated from Stonehill College with a Business Degree in 1953. He served as a member of the US Army in both WWII, where he was stationed in Germany, and Korea. Following 39 years of service as a Sales Representative who covered the South Shore area, he retired from the National Biscuit Company. He was a communicant of Holy Cross Church in South Easton, a member of St. Vincent de Paul Society, a charter member and officer of Ireland’s Own of Brockton, and charter member of the Irish Cultural Centre in Canton. He enjoyed Irish music and trips to Ireland and for many years he maintained duel citizenship in the United States and Ireland. He was a member of the Enterprise Club and the owner with his wife Mary of MAC-TIM Enterprises, a travel group which traveled world wide.
He is survived by three daughters Ann M. Cremin and Kathleen M. Cremin both of Brockton, and Colleen A. Cremin of Walpole; a son Timothy M. Cremin and his wife Maribeth of N. Easton and two granddaughters Marissa and Julia Cremin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and several cousins in Ireland.
