Obituary

Limerick- In Loving Memory of Jeanette Marie Lang- age 60
Sunrise: March 26, 1965 – Sunset: June 6, 2025

With broken hearts and deep gratitude for her life, we announce the passing of Jeanette Lang, who left this world on June 6, 2025, after a courageous five-year battle with cancer. She passed peacefully, surrounded by the love she so generously gave throughout her life.

Jeanette was a force of nature—spunky, sassy, artistic, adventurous, and full of life. She was wise beyond measure, creative in everything she touched, and carried a spark of fun and joy that made every room brighter. Her strength and resilience were unmatched, and even in the hardest moments, she met life with courage and grace.

She was a talented cook and a gifted quilter, weaving warmth and care into every meal she made and every stitch she sewed. Her home was always a haven—filled with color, comfort, laughter, and love.

Above all, she was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend whose love was a constant anchor to those blessed to be part of her life. She listened deeply, laughed freely, and gave wholly of herself in every relationship.

Jeanette is survived by her beloved husband- Kevin Lang; her children- Allycia DiGiovanna and her husband Kirkland of Lewiston, Kaelah Keller and her husband John of Owen’s Crossroads, Alabama; her stepsons- Arthur Lang of South Berwick, Andrew Lang of Old Orchard Beach, and Paul Lang and his wife Vickie of Gloucester, Mass; sister- Adele Brown and her husband Eric; brother- Bruce Creeger; grandchildren- Sabastian, Skye-Lynne, and Abigail; and many beloved nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her Mother- Linda Paige and Father- Jerry Creeger. Her legacy lives on in the creativity she inspired, the strength she modeled, and the love she poured into every day of her life.

A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday June 14th at 11:00 AM at the Peppermill in Limerick, Maine. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Maine Health Gynecological Oncology (checks can be sent to Maine Health Hospitality- 22 Bramhall St., Portland, ME 04102) or Northern Light Home Health Care and Hospice (donations can be made online, or checks can be sent to P.O. Box 931, Bangor, ME, 04402.)

She fought with grace. She lived with joy. She loved without limits. And she will be missed beyond words.
