Andrea Paule (Auerbach) Papapetros, resident of Andover and North Andover, loving wife of Nicholas Theodore Papapetros, passed away peacefully at her cherished home on Fire Island, surrounded by her family, on June 6th, 2025. She was 59 years old.
Born in Miami, Florida, Andrea was the adored daughter of the late Leon and Marjorie (Hoffberg) Auerbach of New York, NY.
Andrea attended Colby College in Maine, where she met the love of her life and future husband, Nick. They met on the first day of college while living across the hall from each other in Dana Hall. It was love at first sight for Nick. They were together for over forty years.
She loved to cook for her family, cheer at her children’s many sporting events, and root for the Bruins. Music brought her happiness, comfort, and connection. She had a generous heart and was always eager to help others. She was truly the kindest soul.
She spent her last years living year-round on her beloved Fire Island, a place that brought her peace and joy.
She will be remembered by her children for her radiant smile, constant laughter, and the deep, unwavering love she gave as a mother. She will be dearly missed.
Besides her husband, Nick, Andrea is survived by her loving children: Theodore Nicholas, Isabelle Paule, Olivia Mae, and Zachary Andrew.
A private funeral will be held for family only.
