WESTBROOK- Richard “Ricky” H. Emery, age 78, passed away on May 30, 2025.
He was born in Westbrook on April 4, 1947, a child of the late Charles Jr. and Edythe (Lowell) Emery.
Ricky enjoyed going to the family camp in Buxton with his father when he was little, working in the woods and hanging out with his nephew Steve. He also enjoyed baseball and football, riding bikes, taking long walks with his dogs, comics, baseball, and history books. He was a wealth of knowledge and had a passion for history. Ricky also enjoyed family functions, riding four-wheelers, going for rides throughout New England, joking with people and spending time in Buxton.
Besides his parents, he is predeceased by his sister Grace (Emery) Crockett.
Ricky is survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday July 23rd at 2 PM at Woodlawn Cemetery, Stroudwater St., Westbrook.
