Denise A. Rusin, 52, of Fall River, passed away on Sunday, June 1, 2025 ay Charlton Memorial Hospital. She was the daughter of Georgia A. (Strickland) Rusin of Newport, VT and the late Dennis A. Rusin.
Ms. Rusin was born in Fall River and had been a longtime resident of the city. She loved playing cards and being with friends at the Fall River Market Basket. She enjoyed walking, riding bikes, going to church and trips to the casino with her uncle. She also volunteered at a local soup kitchen. Ms. Rusin marched to the beat of her own drum.
Survivors along with her mother include her sister: Laurie A. DeCosta of Newport, VT; along with many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Services are private.
