ROGER L. COUDRIET OBITUARY
Roger L. Coudriet, 80, of Clymer, PA died Sunday, June 1, 2025 at the Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA.
The son of George W. and Ruth L. (Long) Coudriet, he was born on June 25, 1944 in Indiana, PA.
Roger was a graduate of Penns Manor High School. A Vietnam veteran, he served his country in the US Navy with the rank of E5.
On January 13, 1979, Roger wed Susan D. (Spicher) and this January marked their forty-sixth anniversary.
A man with diversified interests and talents, he was the co-owner of Sanford Miller, which manufactured selenium rectifiers. Through the course of his career, he was employed as the plant manager with CKE, Inc. in Indiana, PA and with FMC Corp. in Homer City, PA. After being discharged from the US Navy, one of Roger’s first jobs was working as photographer at the Library of Congress in Washington, DC.
An accomplished craftsman, Roger’s main hobby was woodworking. His happy place in life was his farm, where he loved to spend time.
Roger is survived by his loving wife, Susan D. (Spicher) Coudriet of Clymer, PA.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Edwin A. Coudriet in 1976 and his infant brother, Gary George Coudriet in 1942.
