Patricia Darlene Ring Rathburn, 70, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Sunday June 1, 2025, at her residence.
Graveside services will be held 4 PM Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at the Old Field Cemetery in Ben Hill County with the Rev. Lawrence Jenks officiating. The family will greet friends at the cemetery following the service.
Mrs. Rathburn was born September 5, 1954, to the late Perry Armond & Doris Elenor Watson Ring. She worked as a seamstress at numerous sewing factories throughout her lifetime. Mrs. Rathburn enjoyed arts and crafts, her cats and especially her fur baby, Mutt. Mrs. Rathburn loved going to church and listening to gospel music. She was a member at the Ocilla Church of God.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years; Ronnie Rathburn; son, Russell (Wanda Ann) Rathburn; daughter, Patricia Darlene (Lee) Taylor; grandchildren, Kyle Roberson, Joey Roberson, Emily Taylor and Sam Taylor; great grandson, Ashton Roberson; brother, David (Angela) Ring and her fur baby, Mutt.
The family would like to thank the nurses and caregivers of Southern Care Hospice for their compassion and care shown to them during this time.
