Loving Nunnu of Elisa, Carmine, Stefanie, Gabriella, Alessandra, and the late Robert “Jr”. Great Nunnu of Giuliana, Gia, Annalisa, Sofia, and Isabella. Brother of Pietro DiGiulio and his wife Emilia of Norwood, and the late Lidia DiGiulio and Nino DiGiulio of Italy. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Domenico DiGiulio, a devoted husband, loving father, cherished grandfather and great-grandfather, and a man whose hands built a life of meaning, love, and legacy. Domenico passed away surrounded by the family he so dearly loved, leaving behind a legacy rooted in strength, dedication, and the deepest love.
Born in Italy, Domenico brought with him to the United States the traditions, values, and craftsmanship of his homeland. It was here he built a life with his beloved wife, Theresa, and together they raised three beautiful daughters, creating a home filled with warmth, laughter, and unwavering support.
Domenico was a man of great skill and tireless work ethic. He was a master welder in the sheet metal industry and later became a master diesel mechanic — trades in which he took great pride. His work was not only a profession, but a reflection of his character: precise, strong, and enduring.
Outside of work, Domenico found great joy in the simple pleasures of life — most especially in tending to his garden, where his love of the earth and nurturing spirit were evident in every blossom and harvest. His garden was not just a place of growth, but one of peace, reflection, and connection to the world around him.
Family was at the center of everything Domenico did. He was a devoted husband to Theresa, a loving and proud father, a grandfather whose stories and smiles lit up the room, and a great-grandfather who cherished every moment spent with the next generation. His presence was a steady source of love, wisdom, and quiet strength for all who knew him.
His life was a testament to the enduring power of love, family, and hard work. He will be deeply missed, but his spirit will live on in every life he touched.
His hands built more than machines — they built a legacy of love that will never fade.
