CHICOPEE – Daniel John Frigugliett, 48, of the Aldenville section of Chicopee and a longtime resident of Springfield, was Called Home on Sunday, May 25, 2025. He passed into Eternal Life at his home surrounded by all of the memories that he loved and cherished. He was born in Springfield on Saturday, September 11, 1976, a beloved son of Albert J. Frigugliett of Springfield and Christine E. (Deyo) Vrona of Chicopee. He was raised and educated in Springfield and moved to Chicopee in 2011 where he lived the remainder of his life. He was a mail handler at the Bulk Mail Center on Fiberloid Street in Indian Orchard. Dan was a true outdoorsman who especially enjoyed camping and fishing. He loved cheering on the Washington Redskins, the Boston Red Sox and the Boston Bruins. He also loved to go to New York to watch stockcar racing. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family and his many friends. Besides his parents, he leaves his dear brother, Albert L. Frigugliett and his partner, Sydney, of Middlefield, CT; his step-brother, Jason Vrona and his wife, Michele, of Easthampton; his step-sister, Wendy Vrona of Chicopee; his aunt, Anita Hoffmann and her daughter, Kristine, both of Walpole; his uncle, Robert C. Williams of Agawam; his two nephews and two nieces, Austin, Alexandra, Lorenzo, and Adriana; and his extended family members and many friends. He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Albert L. Frigugliett and Frances (Giorgio) Frigugliett; his maternal grandparents, Harold F. Deyo and Jacqueline M. (Golden) Deyo; his step-father, Richard H. Vrona who was Called Home on October 23, 2010; and his aunt, Carolyn J. Williams who was Called Home on May 9, 2019.
