Kathryn F. "Kay" (Pepin) O'Donnell, age 90, died May 17, 2025. She was the beloved wife of the late John J. "Joe" O'Donnell.
Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late George A. and Mary C. (Joseph) Pepin. Kay was a graduate of Brockton High School Class of 1952, and for many years organized her class reunions. Kay was also a graduate of the Chandler's School for Women in Boston. She retired from Triple P Packaging and Paper Products in Brockton after working there for over 27 years. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Brockton.
Kay was a member of the Department 56'ers, and loved her Boston Bruins. She traveled the world and enjoyed dining, music, reading and theater. She touched the lives of many with her fun loving spirit, smile, and a hearty laugh that let you know Kay was in the room!
Kay is survived by her brother George Pepin and his wife Carole of North Hutchinson Island, FL, her niece and nephews, John and Kathleen O’Donnell of Lincoln, NH, Margaret Nolan of Weymouth, Bernard and Cynthia O’Donnell of Gray, GA, Christopher and Mia Pepin of Orlando, FL, William O'Donnell and Kristian Kraai of New York, NY, and the late Gerard O'Donnell and Stephen O'Donnell. Kay is also survived by her dear friend, Pat Akesson and the many members of her beloved Driscoll family.
Relatives and friends are cordially invited to visit with Kay’s family on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 from 3-6pm, in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte. 123) Brockton. Her funeral procession will gather at the funeral home on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at 9:30am, for a Funeral Mass at 10:30am, in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 433 West Street, Brockton. Interment will follow at 12:45pm, in the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Connery Avenue, Bourne.
