Louise Y. (Corriveau) Levesque, 64, of Westport, passed away with her family by her side on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at Charlton Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Levesque was born in Queens, NY, daughter of the late Florian and Germaine (Desrosiers) Corriveau and had resided in Westport for most of her life. She worked as a Special Education teacher's assistant for many years for Dartmouth Public Schools and following retirement, worked at Lees Market, Westport for the past several years. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Grace Church, Westport where she also served as a CCD instructor for over 20 years.
Survivors include her former long term husband, Peter R. Levesque of Westport, along with her two daughters: Rachel Matton and her spouse Marc Farinha of Westport and Megan Clark and her husband Chris of Revere; Three siblings: Fr. Michel Corriveau of Australia, Ronald Corriveau of Ninilchik, AK and Denise Wickam and her husband Patrick of San Antonio, TX; two grandchildren: Mackenzie Matton and Riley Clark, and three bonus grandchildren: Jacob, Brady, and Ella Farinha; along with many nieces and nephews.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be Wednesday, May 28, 2025 from the Potter Funeral Home at 9:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Grace Church, Westport at 10:00 A.M.
Calling hours Tuesday from 5-7 P.M.
Interment in Beech Grove Cemetery, Westport.
