Patti Beth Cremer

Patti Beth Cremer, age 78, of Worcester, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on March 14, 2025, surrounded by her family.
Born on May 26, 1947, Patti was the beloved daughter of Charles Cohon of Lowell and Elizabeth Fox-Adelson of Brookline, Lowell, and Nashua, New Hampshire. Patti’s life was defined by compassion, intellect, and a deep commitment to helping others, particularly families from low to moderate-income communities.
She was a proud graduate of the Brookline Public Schools, The Pickering School in Hamilton, MA, Tufts University, and Columbia University Teachers College. Her career was dedicated to teaching and advocacy, always guided by a passion for education and equity.
Patti is survived by her devoted husband, Dr. Alan Cremer of Worcester, MA; her loving son, Charles Cremer, and daughter-in-law, Nicole Cremer, of South Hadley, MA; and her cherished sisters, Sylvia Garber of Peabody and Adela Adelson of New York City.
The Cremer family would like to extend heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Michael Dennis and his team at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute for their exceptional care and support.
