Obituary

Porter- Kymberlee Beth Prouty, age 37, passed away at her home on the afternoon of Saturday May 17, 2025.

Kym was born on August 8, 1987, to Karen and Donn Prouty in Salem, Massachusetts. She was raised alongside her sisters in Lynn, Massachusetts, before moving to Seabrook, New Hampshire, at age fourteen to attend high school. She graduated from Winnacunnet High School in 2005 before moving with her family to Porter, Maine, where she remained.

Kymberlee was a proud mother to four boys and devoted her life to raising them they were her greatest loves. She cherished every milestone, proudly displaying and keeping their artwork, school projects, locks of hair, and special keepsakes gifted to her by friends and family. Outside of motherhood, she was a caring pet owner with a deep affection for birds, her reptile Penny, and many beloved dogs. She leaves behind her dog Harley and her monk parakeet, Thyme.

Kymberlee not only loved animals but had a deep connection with nature and spirituality, focusing on the moon, stars, astrology, crystals, and all things cosmic. She found peace and connection through yoga and had a lifelong passion for WWE she shared with her father. She will be remembered as a free-spirited and authentic woman who loved sitting by the fire, living close to her family, crafting, dancing, and sharing her passion for music.

She reunites with her father, Donn; her son, Wyatt Robert Bell, who passed at three months old; and many cherished grandparents.

Kymberlee leaves behind her sons: Chase William Bell, Lucas Prouty Bell, and Abel Donn Bell; her mother, Karen, of Porter, ME; the father of her four children, Dan Bell; and her sisters: Stacie Lauzon and her husband, Peter, of Lisbon, NH; Leslie Croteau and her husband, Robert, of Porter, ME; and Jennifer Prouty and her wife, Amy Callahan, of Rumney, NH. She was a loving "Aunt Bee" to her niece and many nephews: Carter, Natalie, Noah, Avery, Jacob, Tristan, Austin, Braiden, and her great-niece, Everleigh. She also leaves behind many dear friends and extended family members.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 23, at 10 a.m. at the Kezar Falls Assembly of God, 213 Federal Rd, Parsonsfield, ME 04047; all are welcome.
