LACONIA ---- Carmel Marie (Miville) Gill, 92, of Laconia, NH, passed away on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at the Granite VNA Hospice House, in Concord, NH.
Carmel was born on July 3, 1932, in Manchester, NH, the daughter of the late Albert and Geraldine (Aubin) Miville.
Carmel worked many years in banking and loved working with her co-workers and customers.
Carmel is survived by her son Paul Gill and his wife Mary, of FL; daughters Lise Dehart and her husband Glen, of Tilton, NH, and Renee Savat and her husband Anthony, of Newton, NH, and sister-in-law Pam Gill, of AZ; grandchildren Jeremy Dehart, Celine Savat, Wesley Savat, Ian Gill, and Katerina Gill; and great-granddaughter Audrey Dehart. In addition to her parents, Carmel is predeceased by her husband Omer Gill and son John Gill.
A Calling Hour will be held on Monday, July 14, 2025 from 10:00 to 11:00am at St. Andre Bessette Parish - Sacred Heart Church, 291 Union Avenue, Laconia NH.
A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00am, also at the church.
Burial will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Garfield Street, Laconia, NH.
In lieu of flowers, a donation in Carmel’s memory may be made to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, PO Box 1000 Dept. 142, Memphis TN 38101-9908.
