Donald Kenneth Prince
12/31/1928 - 09/11/2025
Our dear Donald passed away in his sleep at the Copley Rehab Facility in Stoughton at the age of 96 years.
He was the son of the late Father, Kenneth Waldo Prince and Mother, Sarah Ann Solomon.
He was husband to the late Lois Ruth Brown and the late Dorothy Coleman.
He was Father to the late Ronald Prince.
He was Brother to the late William Alan Prince and Raymond Waldo Prince.
He is survived by his first cousin Sheila Nunes, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, Nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Donny was a truck driver who delivered liquor all over New England. He loved taking care of horses and was a Jocky and raced and owned his own horse whom he named Aunt Whinny. He won many races in his day. He loved classical music and loved his recumbent bikes and used to travel as far as Cape Cod! He used to frequent Supreme Donuts early in the mornings, but, most of all he was a devout Jehovah’s Witness and loved to study and be at his East Campello meetings with his brothers and sisters in whatever form. He loved being on Zoom for his meetings. Just days before his death he was adamant about wanting to be on Zoom at his meeting on his tablet. He loved Jehovah and had the resurrection hope on his mind often.
And now we all look forward to seeing Donny when Jesus raises him up and he will never have to say I’m sick again.
Following Cremation, Services to be held at the convenience of the family.
