Helen M. Melanson
Manchester-Helen M. Melanson, 83, died August 17,2006 at the Elliot Hospital after a period of declining health.
She was born in Lawrence, MA on August 15, 1923 the daughter of Stanislaus and Rosalie (Gedouski) Piasczyk and had been a resident of Manchester for many years.
Prior to her retirement she had been employed by NH Insurance Co.
She was the widow of Wilson J. Melanson.
Her hobbies were antiquing and shopping yard sales.
Members of her family include one son, James W. Melanson of Hampton, one daughter Mrs. Robert (Linda) Bailey of Weare. Five grandchildren, eight greatgrandchildren and one greatgreatgrandchild.
She was predeceased by a granddaughter Susan Lee Bailey Whittemore.
There are no calling hours.
Private funeral services will be held at a later date.
