Devoted father of Marjorie Merrill and her husband Geoffrey of East Kingston, NH; Nicholas J. Carrazza and his wife Cara of Hopkinton; Gene J. Carrazza and his wife Lynne of Hopkinton. Loving grandfather of Christina, Jennifer, Nicholas, Caraline, Joseph and Olivia. Brother of the late Frank Carrazza and his surviving wife Anna of West Roxbury, and the late Pauline Ruzanski and Jean Pederson. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Nicholas was a Navy Veteran of the Korean War.

Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 477 Washington St. Wellesley, Thursday, May 15, 9am-10:30am followed by a funeral Mass in St. John the Evangelist Church, Wellesley Hills at 11am.
