Obituary


LYMAN- Patricia A. (Wentworth) Graffam (Earth Sparrow), age 76, passed away after a long illness on May 2, 2025.

She was born April 28, 1949 in South Hiram, to parents Percy and Kathleen Wentworth.

Patty was raised in Porter and attended schools in Kezar Falls. She met Bruce in 1966, and graduated from Porter High School in 1967, which was the last class to graduate from that school.

Her and Bruce were married on November 18, 1967. They lived in Lyman and raised their family; Tracey, Gregory, and Bradley. Together they shared 58 years.

Patty worked at Jagger Mills in Springvale, and later worked at Vishay Spragues on second shift for 32 year.
After the company closed; she worked at the SAD 57 schools in food service, and then later on worked in Saco at a retirement home. Pat retired in 2014, and spent her time enjoying inter-tribal dances and was a member of Metis of Maine.

In her free time, Pat also enjoyed camping, and taking motorcycle rides with her husband, she also enjoyed dancing and going to the Pow Wow's, she loved the ocean, and making holiday dinners for her family.

Pat is preceded in death by her parents- Percy C. Wentworth and Kathleen “Katie” E. (Scribner) Wentworth, and her brothers- William C. Wentworth (Windwalker), and David A. Wentworth.

She will be missed dearly by her husband Bruce Graffam of 58 years, her daughter- Tracey Bosse and her husband Mario of Lyman, her sons- Gregory Graffam of Old Orchard Beech, and Bradley Graffam of Lyman, two grandchildren- Courtney Bosse and Brandon Bosse, her six sisters- Irene, Noreen, Donna, Lorraine, Joyce, and Francis, and many nieces and nephews.

A burial will be held at North Pine Grove Cemetery on Saturday June 14, at 4pm. All are welcome. If anyone would be interested in honoring Pat at the Pow Wow on the 8th of June in Dayton, Maine. Please feel free to do so.
