WEBSTER – Wayne K. Bond, 66, died Thursday, April 24, 2025 after an illness.
He leaves his wife of 44 years, Justine A. (Roy) Bond; 2 sons, Todd B. Bond of Sturbridge and Kenneth E. Bond and his wife Shannon Cook of Webster; a daughter, Cheryl A. Bond of Webster; 4 grandchildren, Justine Bond, Deanna Bond, Ryan Bond and Bradley Bond; 2 great-grandchildren, Koda Peck and Elizabeth Peck; a brother, Ken Bond; 4 sisters, Susan M. Kolodziejczak, Cindy J. Denham, Linda A. Delamere and Kathy Davey.
He was born on September 26, 1958 in Webster, a son of Theresa M. (Lefebvre) Bond.
Mr. Bond was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
He worked in grounds maintenance for Legett and Platt before becoming a sand blaster for BC Industries, both of Oxford. He retired early due to health issues.
He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather and had a great love for his dogs.
Calling hours will take place on Thursday, May 8 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM in the Sitkowski, Malboeuf & Hickey Funeral Home, 340 School Street, Webster. Burial will be private.
