William A. Menard, 73, of Westport, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at Charlton Memorial Hospital. He was the son of the late Armand G. and Lorraine D. (Roy) Menard.
Will, as he liked to be called, was born in Fall River and had been a lifelong resident of Westport. For many years he worked as a florist and also held various grounds keeping positions. He was known to his family and friends as a creative genius who was happiest when he was bringing his magical visions to life. He always made enchanted Christmas and Halloween displays for everyone’s delight. He was unselfish as he loved to share his creativity with everyone. We will all remember him for his kindness. He loved listening to music, going to concerts, watching vintage movies, nature, and spending time with his niece- Stephanie.

Survivors include his 4 sisters: Diane L. Sardinha and her husband Tiberio of Fall River, Donna M. Andrade of Westport, Michelle D. Roussel of Fall River and Ann M. Baldwin of Somerset; along with many nieces and nephews.
He was the brother of the late Kenneth R. Menard, Richard A. Menard and Denise J. Golden.
