Obituary

On the morning of April 27th, Nancy Louise (Halloran) Lee formally of South Boston and Randolph passed away peacefully with dignity and grace in the arms of her daughter Debbie in their Westminster home at the age of 90 after a long battle with Alzheimer’s. Beloved daughter of the late William and Gladys (Hayes) Halloran. Sister to William Halloran. Wife of the late John Lee Sr. Loving mother to the late Kathleen (Peloquin) Arena, Steven Peloquin and his wife Donna, Deborah (Debbie) McLeod-Wise and her loving companion Paul Palmer, and her late husband Robert Wise, Todd Veale and family, the late Michael Lee, Irene Lincoln and family, John Lee and William (Billy) Lee. Doting Grandmother to Chuck, Christopher, Steven, Daniel, Kristy Marie, Kathleen (Katie) and Ian. Proud Great-Grandmother to the late Deanna Marie, Justin, Charlie, Damien, Madilyn, Brady, Zoey and Isaiah. Dear cousin to Janice and her husband Shaun. Caring Aunt to family in Arizona and Florida. Nancy happily took on the role of Grandmother to Danielle, Tommy, Jarred and Dylan. She was loved by her extended (Wise) family in California and Texas. Also, she leaves behind many caring friends. A special thank you to her devoted care-giver Lisa Walsh. Nancy was retired from the Massachusetts Catholic Conference. With the most beautiful smile, she brought joy to all who knew her and had a way of making everyone feel loved and special. Simply a beautiful soul-her legacy of love, laughter, generosity and kindness will forever be cherished. Nancy was everyone’s “favorite”. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass in Gate of Heaven Church in South Boston - Friday May 2nd at 11:30AM, followed by a burial at Blue Hill Cemetery in Braintree.
