Terry owned and operated Terry’s Coffee Shop in Salem for over 20 years. Following the coffee shop she ran the concession stand at the Salem State Sport Complex and eventually retired from the housekeeping department at the college.
A devoted sister to her many siblings she was a loving aunt of her large extended family, and was dearly loved by her many nieces and nephews. She was an outgoing woman with a great sense of humor and a contagious laugh. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Terry is survived by her loving companion of many years, Eleanor “Ellie” Knowles of Ipswich and her longtime friend Doris Bergeron of Venice, FL, as well as her many nieces and nephews. A special thanks to her hospice nurse Marilyn Bahr, and the many nurses at Sea Coast Nursing Home, especially Ann Marie and Josie and to her aides especially Julie.
In keeping with Terry’s request, a graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 1, 2025 at St. Mary Cemetery, 226 North St., [Route 114] Salem, at 11:30 AM.
