Charlton: R. Marilyn (Olson) Hippert, 86, passed away on April 26, 2025 at home surrounded by her loving family. She leaves her siblings Kenneth Olson, Beth Mitchell, Janet Ploof and David Olson her children Virginia Mikels, Kenny Skeen, Michael, and Monica Wright; 7 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; her dear friend Jim; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Roy J. Hippert and by sibling Diane (Big Di) LaBaire.
Marilyn was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Roger Bror Olson and Helen (Stockbridge) Olson. She worked as a cashier at CVS and WPI and was a member of First Baptist Church in her youth. She enjoyed traveling, going to Hampton Beach, watching the news (especially Fox News), drinking ginger ale and eating her dessert before dinner.
