Eddy Breton, age 65, has entered into eternal rest on Monday, April 21st 2025 in
Boston, MA.
He was born on January 19th 1960, in Petionville, Haiti to late, Ernest and
Servilia (Alexandre) Breton. He was a graduate of Brighton High School. He was married
to Chantale Gedeon in July 1986 in Boston, Ma. He While working in transportation
services as a cab driver in the city of Boston, Eddy worked to complete a technology
program through MIT at the Madison High School Campus. He then started his career in
1993 at the Seaport Hotel in the Projection Department where he was later promoted
to Supervisor, displaying a wonderful knack for solving problems, and making great
connections. Eddy truly lived life through his love of music, family, friends and most
importantly, laughter. He had an uncanny ability to make people laugh in a deep and
positive way.
Eddy Breton is survived by his former wife, Chantale Gedeon of Jamaica
Plain. Devoted father of Christopher E. Breton of Boston, Gretchen E. Breton of Jamaica
Plain, and Clifford E. Gedeon of Hyde Park. Loving brother of Regina Breton, Ernest
Breton both of Manchester, NH, the late Claudette Breton, Camille Breton, Guy Breton,
and Serge Breton. Adoring uncle of Givans Moiseau, Evansgina Moiseau, Sean Breton,
Tristan Breton, Clausalia Joseph, Claud’Enock Joseph, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and
many dear extended family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd at Joseph Russo Funeral Home, 814 American
Legion Hwy, ROSLINDALE from 6:00 – 8:00 pm.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, May 3rd at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 1540 Blue Hill Avenue, MATTAPAN at 9:00 AM. Interment in Fairview Cemetery, 45 Fairview Avenue, HYDE PARK.
Reception Holiday Inn, 55 Ariadne Road Dedham, MA 02026. Relatives and
