WORCESTER__Annette T. (Bird) Gedutis,78, of 144 Dorchester St., passed away, Monday August 14, in Knollwood Nursing Center, West Boylston. Her husband John F. Gedutis died in 1989.
She leaves three sons, Paul of Hopkinton; Kenneth of Plymouth and Raymond of Worcester; a brother, John Bird of Worcester and a sister, Dorothy Schiavone of Leicester; 20 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Annette was born in Worcester, daughter of John H. and Rose (Kelly) Bird and lived here all of her life. She was a self-employed private housekeeper for many years. Mrs. Gedutis was a graduate of St. Peter’s High School in Worcester and a lifelong member of St. Stephen’s Church. Of all the things Annette enjoyed in life, her grandchildren and great-grand children were her most valued treasures.
The funeral will be held on Friday August 18, from DIRSA-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 298 Grafton St., with a Mass at 11:00 a.m. in St. Stephen Church, 357 Grafton St. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery.
