Mrs. Louell Register, 91, of Adel, Georgia, died Tuesday, August 15, 2005, at her residence.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M., Thursday, August 17, at Boone-Lipsey Funeral Home Chapel in Adel, with Rev. Bob Willis and Rev. Gary James officiating. Interment will follow in Longbridge Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on South 41 from 6-9 Wednesday evening.
Mrs. Register was born May 13, 1915, in Cook County, to the late William Walter and Mary Etta Griffin McKinney. She lived in Cook County all of Her life. Mrs. Register was a retired lunchroom worker at Adel Elementary School. She was a member of Westside Baptist Church.
Mrs. Register is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law: Mary E. Gilbert of Thomasville, Lucilla & Gene Stripling of Adel, Dana & Art Bunday of Fitzgerald and Debbie & Frank Rodriguez of Adel; 13 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Seals Emerson Register and a daughter, Hilda Blanton.
