WEBSTER – Stasia D. (Cejmer) Benoit, 92, formerly of Thompson Road, died Wednesday, August 9, in UMass/Memorial Healthcare, Worcester. Her husband of 41 years, Chester V. Benoit, died in 1984.
She leaves a daughter, Gail F. Foux of North Grosvenordale, CT; a grandson, Mark Boutin; a great grandson, Justin Boutin; and a niece, Rose Hardiman.
She was born in Webster, a daughter of John and Rose (Wrubleski) Cejmer, and lived here most of her life.
Mrs. Benoit was a stitcher for 50 years at Cranston Print Works Company, retiring in 1978. She was a member of St. Joseph Basilica.
A memorial Mass will be held Monday, August 21, at 10:00 AM in St. Joseph Basilica, 53 Whitcomb St. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours. Donations in her memory may be made to St. Joseph Basilica, 53 Whitcomb St., Webster, MA 01570. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Scanlon Funeral Service, 38 East Main St.
