Obituary

COYMAN Margaret C. (Stanton) In West Roxbury, Aug. 4, after a short illness at age 80, at the Stanley Tippet House, Needham. Born in Boston, she formerly lived in Jamaica Plain before moving to West Roxbury 39 years ago, Loving mother of John Patrick Coyman of Woodbridge, New Jersey, grandmother of Nadia and Eric Coyman of Franklin Park, N.J., and Tiffany Coyman of Scottsdale , Arizona, cherished sister of Gertrude Stanton of West Roxbury, Edward “Jack” Stanton and his wife Margaret of West Roxbury, Joseph Stanton and his wife Claire of Braintree, the late Mary Kelly and her husband William of Norwood, the late Martin Stanton and his wife Anne of Melrose, also survived by 27 loving nieces and nephews, 47 grand nieces and nephews and 4 great- grand nieces and nephews. Funeral from the William J. Gormley Funeral Home 2055 Centre St. WEST ROXBURY, Monday Aug. 7 at 10: 15 am, followed by a Funeral Mass in St. John Chrysostom Church at 11 o’clock. Visiting hours Sunday 4-8 pm. Relatives and friends invited. Interment St. Joseph’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Tippet Home, 920 South St. Needham, Ma. 02492. Served for 26 years as Boston Police School Crossing Guard at the Patrick Lyndon School and the Holy Name School. She was also a Eucharistic Minister and daily Communicant at St. John Chrysostom Church for many years.
