Obituary

SALEM- Stase "Stella" Radzevicius (aka Ravich), 89, wife of the late Jonas Radzevicius , formerly of Salem, died Sunday July 16th, 2006 at the Peabody Glen Nursing Home, Peabody.
Born in Lithuania on June 6, 1917, she was the daughter of the late George and Emily Thrulyte, both of whom passed away before Stella was 7 years old. Following World War II she settled in Cambridge, England. She immigrated to the United States in 1965 with her husband and son.
Mrs. Radzevicius worked at the former Parker Brothers Games in Salem. When she retired from Parker Brothers in 1981 she worked for many years in the kitchen at the Salem Council on Aging.
Besides her husband, she was predeceased by her son John Ravich (aka Radzevicius). She is survived by three grandchildren, Johanna Leah Ravich, of Beverly, Alexis Arielle Ravich and Max Jonas Ravich, both of Wenham.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, July 27th, 2006 at the Hamilton Cemetery on Bay Road, Hamilton. Following the interment, friends are welcome to the home of Brian and Bonnie Woods, 13 Parsons Hill Road in Wenham. There are no visiting hours. Donations can be made in Stella's name to The Church of St. Paul, 50 Union Street, Hamilton, Mass. 01982.
