Philippe A. Campbell, 68, of 100 Front St., Woonsocket, died Thursday at home. He was the former husband of Pauline (Bousquet) LaBelle of Woonsocket.
Born in Woonsocket, he was a son of the late Alphonse and Rose Blanche (St. Laurent) Campbell.
Mr. Campbell was a veteran of the United States Air Force.
He worked as a machinist for the Merthane Products Company in Johnston for over 25 years.
In addition to his former wife, he is survived by a son, Michael R. Garneau, of Bellingham, two daughters, Shannon Y. Garneau, of West Warwick, and Christine C. Lanagan, of Woonsocket, and 6 grandchildren. He was the brother of Paul Campbell, of Woonsocket, Gerard Campbell, of New Jersey, Claire Campbell, of East Greenwich, and the late Joseph St. Laurent. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
His funeral will be Monday at 9:00 am from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral home, 99Cumberland St. Woonsocket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in All Saints Church, Rathbun St. Woonsocket.
Burial will follow in St. Jean the Baptiste Cemetery, Bellingham. Visiting hours are Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm.
