Obituary

Constance (D’Augusta) Blandino, a long-time Medford resident, died Wednesday at the Hunt Nursing Home of Danvers. She was 98.


Mrs. Blandino was born in Augusta, Sicily, Italy, the daughter of the late Vincenzo and the late Concetta (Patti) D´Augusta. She came to the United States during World War I and after living in Boston, settled in Medford. Constance was a dedicated wife and mother who enjoyed the company of her family and friends.


She was the beloved wife of the late James Blandino. She was a devoted mother to James of Burlington, Vincent of Lynnfield and JoAnn Morency of Winchester. She was a loving grandmother to James, Linda, Deborah, Cheryl and Lauren. She was a loving great-grandmother of six.


Relatives and friends may visit Sunday 3 - 8 at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Francis Of Assisi Church, Medford, Monday at 10 AM. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
