Bridgewater - Edna W. Desnoyers, 90, of Bridgewater died Wednesday, Aug. 2, 2006, at Life Care Center of West Bridgewater.
Born April 3, 1916, in Bridgewater, she was the daughter of the late Adlore and Edna (Foley) Desnoyers.
A lifelong resident of Bridgewater, Miss Desnoyers graduated from Bridgewater schools and attended business school.
She was an assembly line worker for Claff Box in Brockton for many years, retiring in 1978.
Miss Desnoyers was a member of the Catholic Women’s Club and enjoyed bowling and traveling.
She was the sister of Bernadette Smith and her husband Thomas of Bridgewater, and the late Pauline Plasse and Charlotte Pittsley. Also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Her funeral will be held from the Prophett Funeral Home, 98 Bedford St. (Rte. 18), Bridgewater, Saturday at 8:15 am, followed by a funeral Mass in St. Thomas Aquinas Church at 9 am. Burial will be in Mt. Prospect Cemetery.
