Gates, Teresa Ann (Forest), “Terry” of Milwaukee and Plymouth, 54, on July 25th at home. Survived by her beloved husband Robert E. Gates Sr. of Milwaukee and Plymouth, her son Robert E. Gates Jr. of Mequon, WI and her daughter Rebecca M. Campbell of Random Lake, WI. She also leaves her brothers Rusty Forest of Norfolk and Richard Forest of Pembroke, 3 grandchildren Patrick, Bella, and Gwen, and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Friday July 28th at the Richard Davis Funeral Home, 619 State Rd (Rt 3A), Plymouth (Manomet) at 3 PM. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home from 1 to 3 prior to the service. Donations in her memory may be made to The Vince Lombardi Cancer Clinic, 945 N.12th St. Milwaukee, WI. 53233, Attn.
