Eunice Spurlin, 90, of Tifton passed away Thursday, November 21, 2022, at Tift Regional Medical Center. Her funeral service was held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 23, 2002, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with the Rev. William C. Beasley officiating. Miss Spurlin was laid to rest at Oak Ridge Cemetery.
Ken Spurlin, John Spurlin, Joe Spurlin, Kevin Belflower, Todd Slappey, Lance Lever and Jamie Spurlin served as pallbearers.
Born November 15, 1912, in Tift County, Miss Spurlin was the daughter of the late William Crawford Spurlin and Laura McKinney Spurlin. She was also preceded in death by one sister; and two brothers. Before retiring, she taught school in the Tift County School System; and she was a member of Tifton's First United Methodist Church.
Miss Spurlin is survived by one nephew and his wife, James K. Sr. and Gwendolyn Spurlin of Tifton; one niece, Laurel S. Crawford of Demopolis, Alabama; and six great-nieces and great-nephews.
