Obituary

Jessie Mae (Sanders) Haddon, 95, formerly of Boylston, passed away on July 23, 2006 at Shrewsbury Nursing Home.

She was predeceased by her loving husband, Robert H. Haddon, in 1988 and a daughter, Sandra McDonald in 1964.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Robert D. and Ruth Haddon of Boylston; also her dear grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Athena Haddon and son Brendon Haddon, Robert and Lisa Haddon and children Kelsey, Alex and Jillian Haddon, all of Worcester, R. Tad and Joni McDonald and children Alice and Adam McDonald of Ohio, Kelly Casler and daughter Destini Casler of Ohio, and Robin and Marsha McDonald and daughter Stephanie McDonald of Michigan. She also leaves her dear sister, Bernice Mulhausen of Florida and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Haddon was an excellent cook, gardner and homemaker. She and her husband were antique buffs and collectors. While in Boylston, she was a member of the Boylston Senior Citizens group and later moved to Shrewsbury Commons.

Private graveside services will be held at Boylston Pine Grove Cemetery at the family’s discretion. There are no calling hours. Donations, in lieu of flowers, may be made to First Congregational Church in Boylston or to the Boylston Senior Citizens Group, Boylston, MA 01505. Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln St., Worcester, is directing arrangements.
