Peter F. Sannizzaro, a long-time Medford resident died Monday at the Lawrence Memorial Hospital. He was 69.
Born and raised in Boston’s West End, He was the son of the late Leo and Lena (Coniglio) Sannizzaro. A Medford resident for more than 50 years, Peter worked for over 25 years with the Harvard Folding Box Company of Lynn. Peter enjoyed fishing and boating.
He was the beloved husband of Ann M. (Molligi) Sannizzaro. He was a devoted father to Dean and his fiancé’ Jenn Shah of Medford, Marc and his husband Stephen Ahern of Winchester. HE was the brother of Cathy Knox of Malden, the late Josephine Carlow and Salvatore Sannizzaro. He also leaves many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may call Thursday from 4 thru 8 at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Joseph Church, Medford, Friday at 11 AM. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery.
