Lucille A. (Spoor) Southworth, 82, of Dartmouth, formerly of New Bedford, died Friday July 21, 2006 at St. Luke's Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late William T. Southworth.
Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Archibald and Aurora (Cusson) Spoor, she lived in New Bedford for most of her life.
She was a communicant of St. Lawrence Church.
Survivors include two sons, Thomas J. Southworth, and his wife Susan, and William T. Southworth, all of New Bedford; two daughters, Linda E. Gerard of Fairhaven, and Margaret M. Perry, and her husband Raymond, of New Bedford; two sisters, Rita Antonsen of Falmouth, and Jeannette Casemiro of Fairhaven; three half-sisters, Theresa Grime, Constance Fernandes and Cecile Correau; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was the half-sister of the late Archibald Spoor, Jr.
Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday at10 AM in St. Lawrence Church. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery.
