Dennis J. Connors of Brockton passed over on June 1st, 2024 after a long illness with his beloved wife Julie, of almost 54 years by his side at their home. He was a loving father to his son Peter and to his son Ryan who was always with him through this terrible time. He was blessed with 5 loving grands, Briana, Hailey, Stella, Eleanor and Lucas. His great grandson Bradley is much loved. Their Papa adored them all.
He grew up in Jamaica Plain and went to Cathedral High School where he and Julie were high school sweethearts.
He was the son of Edward and Penny Connors who predeceased him as well as a brother Gary and sister Karen who also went before. He is also survived by his "baby" sister Carol and his loving cousin Paula both living in California.
With two sons, he was always involved with all their activities. He especially enjoyed Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts, where he was the Cubmaster and Scoutmaster. His biggest love was the time he spent with the Brockton High music department. Dennis was so proud of these talented students including Peter and Ryan. He was also the "unofficial official" photographer!! He had a wonderful relationship with the singers and musicians. He was a wonderful person and he will be missed forever.
His family will be holding a Celebration of Dennis's Life, on June 23rd at 1 pm at his home at 83 Braemoor Road, Brockton.
