Clare Marie Sullivan, 66, of Roslindale passed away suddenly on May 29. Born in Boston, Clare was the devoted daughter of the late John L. and Mary W. (Healy) Sullivan of Roslindale. Clare is survived by her loving son Daniel and Jamilly Sullivan, of Billerica, and her cherished grandsons James Liam and Johnny Quinn Sullivan. Clare is also survived by her siblings Rev. John L. Sullivan of St Mary Parish, Franklin, Timothy and Nancy of Norfolk, William and Arlyne of Nashua, Andrew of Norwood, Mark and the late Dianne of Weymouth, Mary and Richard Graff of Marshfield, Brian of Westwood, and Peter and Michele of Franklin.
Clare is also survived by her loving nieces and nephews, and great-nephews and great-nieces. Clare will be missed by her cousins in the Mullins and Sullivan families. Clare was a graduate of St. Clare High School, Roslindale, and the New England Deaconess School of Nursing. Clare was a Cardiac Care Nurse and worked for many years at the Massachusetts General Hospital.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Church, 169 Cummins Highway, Roslindale, on Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at 11:30 AM. Burial will follow in the St. Joseph Cemetery, West Roxbury. Family and friends are invited to attend the visiting hours on Wednesday June 5, 2024 from 9-11 AM in the Joseph Russo Funeral Home, 814 American Legion Highway, Roslindale, MA.
