Sharon "Kay" Hammons

Sharon "Kay" Hammons, 83, passed away in Bradenton, Florida on Saturday, May 25, 2024.
She was born on November 26, 1940 in Anderson, the daughter of Norman and Anna (Bagienski) Poore. Kay graduated from Anderson High School in 1958. She was a homemaker and member of South Meridian Church of God. Her hobbies included reading, puzzles and working as a church volunteer. She and her husband, Keith recently relocated to Ruskin, FL.
She is survived by her husband Keith Hammons; children, Brian (Lisa) Hammons, Eric (Nanette) Hammons, Stephanie Hammons Conley; 8 grandchildren 1 great grandchild; sister, Vicki Dodt.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2024 at 2PM at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service officiated by Dr. David Coplin. Visitation will be held from Noon until 2 PM prior to the service at the funeral home.
Memorial Contributions will be given to South Meridian Church of God.
