Born in Everett, January 19, 1945, Frances is the daughter of the late John and Claire Crowley. After being raised and educated in Somerville and Malden, Frances attended and graduated from Cheverus Catholic High School in Malden (Sisters of Providence). Prior to the birth of their fourth child they settled in Andover Massachusetts where Frances raised the children at home. Frances was committed to her faith and actively participated in pilgrimages to the Vatican in Rome, as well as supported many World Youth Days for her family.
Frances and David had a love for the ocean; many summers were spent in Gloucester at Wingaersheek Beach where they had had their first “date", and they enjoyed family days and cook-outs in Manchester-by-the-Sea, Rockport, Salisbury, Hampton, NH and York, Maine.
In retirement years she and David enjoyed the sunshine during winters in Melbourne Beach and Barefoot Bay, Florida.
What was most important to Frances was her family and her deep faith centered in a devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, love for the Blessed Virgin Mary, and belief in the Real Presence of Jesus in the Most Holy Eucharist.
