Elizabeth Warden, 95, of New Bond St., died Tuesday, July 18, 2006, in the Lutheran Home. She was born in Worcester, daughter of John and Evelyn (Weir) Warden and lived on Kenwood Ave. for 89 years. She graduated from North High School and the Connecticut College for Women in 1933 as a music major. She attended Belmont Street Baptist Church. Miss Warden taught piano in Worcester for 60 years and was an organist and choir director for St. Michael’s on the Heights, 1st Presbyterian Church of Worcester, and the Pleasant Street Baptist Church.
A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. on Sunday, July 23, in Belmont Street Baptist Church, 25 Belmont Street, Worcester. Burial will be at a later date.
