Jeanette McEntyre Withers, 70, of Ocilla passed away Thursday, November 27, 2003, at Osceola Health Care in Ocilla. A funeral service and burial was held for Mrs. Withers at a later date.
Born March 23, 1933, in Tift County, Mrs. Withers was the daughter of the late Elizabeth McEntyre. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Curtis John Withers. Before retiring, she worked for Bowen McCranie Farms; and she was of the Freewill Baptist faith.
Mrs. Withers is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Angie and Bob Nasworthy of Vienna; one brother, J. C. Higglin of Americus; one sister, Doris Connell of Tifton; one grandchild; and two great-grandchildren.
