Lanier James White, 68, of Tifton passed away Saturday, March 22, 2003, at his residence. A funeral service and burial was held for Mr. White at a later date.
Born June 3, 1934, in Ashburn (Turner County), Mr. White was the son of Esther Nipper White of Tifton and the late Preston R. White. Before retiring, he worked in yard maintenance; and he was a member of Tifton's Jehovah's Witnesses.
Mr. White is survived by his wife, Katherine Ruffin White of Tifton.
