Evelyn Leora Yarbrough White, 78, of Mayo, Florida, formerly of Omega, passed away Saturday, August 16, 2003, at Lafayette Health Care Center in Mayo, Florida. A graveside funeral service was held for Mrs. White at 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 22, 2003, at Omega Cemetery, where she was laid to rest. The Rev. Orvis Amerson officiated.
Larry White, Zane White, Jeff White, Tharin White, Lynn Lafield and Craig White served as pallbearers.
Born September 22, 1924, Mrs. Whie was the daughter of the late Andrew Jackson Yarbrough and Ida May Griggs Yarbrough. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Gilbert White and several nieces and nephews.
