Yvette S. Bellavance, 87

Yvette S. (LaLiberte) Bellavance, age 87, a former longtime resident of Mansfield, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, April 23, 2024. She was the beloved wife and best friend of Retired Mansfield Fire Deputy Chief Richard R. Bellavance, to whom she was wed for sixty-seven years.
Born in Central Falls, Rhode Island, where she grew up and was educated, Yvette was a loving daughter of the late Alcide and Mercedes (Coneau) LaLiberte.
A loving and devoted homemaker to her much-loved family, Yvette had also been employed as an Expediter at the former Datel manufacturing Company in Mansfield. Formerly of Mansfield for forty-three years, Yvette was a communicant of Saint Mary’s Church in Mansfield and enjoyed traveling.
In addition to her husband, she is survived is survived by her devoted children; David R. Bellavance of Woonsocket, Mark F. Bellavance and his wife Michele of Blackstone, Deborah A. Bellavance of Northampton, Kevin R. Bellavance and his wife Anne Marie of Woonsocket and the late Michael J. Bellavance and his late wife Lisa. She was the dear sister of Helen Papineau of Woonsocket and the late Theresa LaPorte and Georgette Depot. She is also survived by her cherished 6 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, as well as her loving nieces and nephews.
